Convert string to baseline characters, limited support.

Only the following characters can be baselined:

• ⁰¹²³⁴⁵⁶⁷⁸⁹⁺⁻⁼⁽⁾₀₁₂₃₄₅₆₇₈₉₊₋₌₍₎ₔᵝᵞᵟᶿᶥᵠᵡᵦᵧᵨᵩᵪ
• ᴬᴮᴰᴱᴳᴴᴵᴶᴷᴸᴹᴺᴼᴾᴿᵀᵁⱽᵂᶦᶫᶰᶸᵃᵇᶜᵈᵉᶠᵍʰⁱʲᵏˡᵐⁿᵒᵖʳˢᵗᵘᵛʷˣʸᶻₐₑₕᵢⱼₖₗₘₙₒₚᵣₛₜᵤᵥₓ
