optic api:add API-ID

Add API dependencies to your project

USAGE
  $ optic api:add API-ID

ARGUMENTS
  API-ID  "org/api" or "api"

OPTIONS
  -g, --generate=generate  artifacts to generate
  -v, --version=version    [default: latest] API version to consume, defaults to "latest"
