This code is the framework for the BYU CS 340, Winter 2014 semester group project. Student groups must use this code and implement their project on top of the provided front-end framework.

This code can be added as an NPM dependency to a project. Use the package, **byu-catan** which is available at <http://npmjs.org/package/byu-catan>.
