Cisco provides a good set of info for each product. Cisco also includes a hard drive back-up of this documentation in case of loss of hard drive. This documentation is also provided in PDF format. The PDF documentation is good but limited and requires a lot of very specific information. The vcard module is a great tool but it has a lot of work to be done to make it even more useful. This documentation is in general not as complete as what you will find in the PDF. For example, file transfer is not provided as a mechanism for this documentation.
