chef-bones
chef-bones provides a skeleton for a testable Chef cookbook.
The goal of chef-bones is to extract all testing facilities of the skeleton
cookbook into a gem. See file TESTING.md
to learn more.
Installation
You can install chef-bones via RubyGems:
$ gem install chef-bones
Alternatively, you can install the gem from source:
$ git clone git://github.com/mlafeldt/chef-bones.git
$ cd chef-bones/
$ bundle install
$ bundle exec rake install
Usage
For now, take a look at the skeleton cookbook to learn how chef-bones is used.
