Simple library for retry mechanism

slightly inspired by Try::Tiny::Retry

SYNOPSIS

MaxJitter sets the maximum random Jitter between retries for RandomDelay

By default RetryIf stops execution if the error is wrapped using retry.Unrecoverable, so above example may also be shortened to:
