AWS lambda function to trigger a CodeBuild project build from an API gateway webhook

## Install

## Security Notes

There's no authentication for triggering the builds, so be careful about sharing the endpoint. The risk would be that someone could cause your builds to run if they know your `BUILD_NAMEs`, but other than that, there's no information leakage.
