`@acildeprem/api` server paketi olmadan sadece apilerin ve servislerin bulunduğu pakettir. Servis paketleri içine `@acildeprem/storage` paketinden gelen db algorithmlarını kullanıyoruz. Client tarafında gerekli olan tüm yapıları buradan çıkıyor. Dilersek bu apiyi genişletip farklı bir şekilde kullanabiliriz.
