Angular6 video components

This is the first build of atom platform angular 6 video library.

# ngx-brightcove-video

This is a presentational component for use within any Angular 6 app.

This component includes:
- Data attributes as required by the [Brightcove API](https://support.brightcove.com/quick-start-brightcove-player#embedinpage)
- HTML5 video events to simplify tracking user interaction
- The ability to showcase both single videos and playlists on a dynamic basis
- Extensibility for displaying [Brightcove video metadata](https://support.brightcove.com/video-metadata-mediainfo)
