# git-helper

`git-helper` is a wrapper around [`simple-git`](https://github.com/steveukx/git-js) providing some additional utility functions to get information on repositories.

It is written in TypeScript and comes with a corresponding declarations file.


## Installation

Install `git-helper` via `npm` with:

    npm install @cplace/git-helper

You can then use it e.g. as follows:

    import {Repository} from '@cplace/git-helper';
