`<exmg-paper-tooltip>` Is a simplified version of the paper-tooltip. The
animations have been stripped and replaced by a simply css animation + we
have rewritten it to Polymer 2.0 syntax.

## Development

First, make sure you have the [Polymer CLI](https://www.npmjs.com/package/polymer-cli) installed. Then run polymer server to launch the demo page.
