A simple service wrapper around hemera and the typical plugins we use across
the board.

# Usage
This is designed to be installed via npm alongside the business logic service.
Typically you would use `yo` to generate the scaffold for your project which
will automatically include NBN as well as setup the scripts necessary to run
your project locally or in docker.
