## Usage
To create an access control validator for a given scheme:
```javascript
const IPAccessControl = require('@hyperingenuity/ip-access-control');

const accessValidator = new IPAccessControl({
  order: 'deny, allow',

});
```
To validate a request IP against the validator:
```javascript
