This module exports one function:

### const pl = makePrefixedLogger(origLogger[, ...prefixArgs])

Returns a function that concatenates all its arguments to the `prefixArgs`,
then proxies the combined arguments to `origLogger`.
Similarly, `pl` will carry proxy methods for all methods found on `origLogger`.
