## Matrix42 AG Command-Line Interface (CLI)

The Matrix42 command-line interface is a set of commands used to create and manage Matrix42 resources.

The following services and resources can be managed via the CLI:

## Installation

You can use [npm](https://www.npmjs.com/) to install the Matrix42 CLI:

```bash
> npm i -g @matrix42/cli
```

## Usage

You can use the `help [command]` command to get an overview of all or one specific CLI command:

```bash
> m42 help
```

```bash
> m42 help login
```

Whenever you use a command the first time (or when it is outdated) it will be automatically installed using the [Matrix42 CLI Command Registry](https://github.com/Matrix42AG/m42-cli-command-registry).

To make sure that the CLI is using the latest commands available it will update its local Command Registry every 24 hours or when using the `--force-command-registry-update` parameter (short `-fcru`).
