NB: after research , I consider applying the full FHIR standard as toto difficult for a first step , and not relevant in all cases. The decision is now to go with the creation of another standard, dedicated for blockchain but inspired by other standards like FHIR. The standard is going to be label vhir for now. Verifiable Healthcare Interoperable Resource.
