# Usage

The easiest way to use this package is add a soft link in the root of your
project:

```
ln -s ./node_modules/@retailmenot/core-ui-gitignore/gitignore .gitignore
```

Conveniently, this link can be checked into git.

## Why is the file in this repo called `gitignore` instead of `.gitignore`?

Because of a bug or undocumented behavior in npm that prevents publishing
`.gitignore`.
