Introduction

The SPP Command Line Interface (CLI) facilitates the provisioning, deployment and maintenance of SPP Raspberry Pi kiosks. List, install & update private @selfportraitproject NPM registry packages via an easy to administer interactive, guided shell.

Installation

To begin the installation process, copy & paste the following shell script:

bash <(curl -s https://api.spp.photos/provisionin/kiosk/spp-cli)

Elevated privileges are not required.

Once downloaded and installed, the @selfportraitproject/cli requires administrative credentials to be supplied for authentication to api.spp.photos (e.g. those used for the SPP frontend gallery).

This guide assumes Node.js may not be installed or may require updating on the target kiosk. The installation process ensures the correct version of Node and NPM are installed and configured.
