Данный пакет предназначен для типизации API ВКонтакте основываясь на
их [JSON Scheme](https://github.com/VKCOM/vk-api-schema).

`Methods._domainsSpecifier` - По-факту пустой класс, предназначенный для репрезентации API, который потом реализуется в `@vk-dk/api`
