Adds vuestic components, composables, styles and reactive variables to Nuxt3.

## Development
- Run `npm install` inside this pacakge
- Build with `npm run prepack`
- Run `npm run dev:prepare` to generate type stubs.
- Use `npm run dev` to start [playground](./playground) in development mode.

## Publishing
- Update version in `package.json`
- Run `npm publish` (or `npm publish --tag=next` for alpha)
