- default alphabet is `'0123456789abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ-_'` for input and output
- you can change it by passing different alphabets to the `BaseConv` exported function
- no IEEE-754 limitation
