body-parser-jose

A middleware for Express (and compatible/similar frameworks) that handles content in (RFC 7515 JOSE format)[https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7515].

Usage

$ npm install body-parser-jose

Afterwards you can use this middleware, for example:

const jose = require('body-parser-jose');
...
const options = {
    contentTypes = ['application/jose'],
};
app.use('/api', [jose(options)], (req, res) => {
    console.log(req.body.payload);
});

Limitations/Known Bugs/...

  • Verification/Decryption isn't done yet, for now the middleware only parses the content.
