npm install --save bookshelf-camelcase
In your bookshelf configuration file, add the plugin:
bookshelf.plugin('bookshelf-camelcase');
Or if you have multiple plugins:
bookshelf.plugin(['other-plugin', 'bookshelf-camelcase']);
