Node CartoDB PSQL wrapper

A simple wrapper for [node.js' PostgreSQL client](https://github.com/brianc/node-postgres) with specific assumptions for
CartoDB's [Windshaft](https://github.com/CartoDB/Windshaft) and [CartoDB-SQL-API](https://github.com/CartoDB/CartoDB-SQL-API)
projects.

# Requirements
 * node >= 10
 * npm
 * postgres

# Install dependencies
```sh

```

```
