# create-merced-express

This is a command-line tool for generating Merced-Express Projects.

*NOTE* The Merced-Express Template does use "type":"module" in it's package.json settings so may not work with older versions of node.

## Create a project

`npx create-merced-express <projectname>`

after it completes cd into the project folder

run "npm install"

run "npm run dev" to go into development

read the readme.md to learn about all the features and scripts
