## Usage

_Given the following `.gitignore`:_

## API

* `require('dotgitignore')([opts])`: return instance of `dotgitignore`, optionally
  configured with `opts`:
  * `opts.cwd`: current working directory (defaults to process.cwd()).
* `dotgit.ignore(name)`: returns `true` if pattern is ignored, `false` otherwise.
