Provide rollup config and scripts to be able to run tests, build and deploy edgeworker code

## Installation

## Package Edgeworker

This will use a common rollup config and packages to be able to bundle the application and create the zip file that is needed to be uploaded to Akamai.

Add the following script command to the `package.json`:
