We have an infrastructure in place to display notifications to users, but there is no way to know what notifications users have seeen/not seen. This platform will allow us to serve notifications only to users who have not yet seen them.
We will be able to track what articles a user has interacted with.
Comments are currently via 3rd party, and prone to bugs. With this platform we could bring this in house
Think of some of the things you see on pintrest and social network sites. Any of the user personalization on these sites is something we could acheive. This can be used to save any user data, or multi user data agaisnt channels or articles (like comments)
