Originate's eslint defaults as an extensible shared config.


## Usage [WIP]
The default export contains all of our ESLint rules for including EcmaScript 6+


1. Install
  * base config - es6
    * `yarn add eslint eslint-config-originate eslint-config-prettier eslint-plugin-filenames eslint-plugin-import eslint-plugin-prettier prettier --dev`
  * react config - es6, react, jsx
    * base config (above)
    * `yarn add eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y eslint-plugin-react --dev`  
2. Configure
  * add one of the following eslint configuration for `extends`:
    * `originate` - base config
    * `originate/react` - react config
