Twilio's approach to JavaScript styling. This provides the base JavaScript style rules.

## Installation

```bash
$ npm install eslint eslint-config-twilio-base --save-dev

## Usage

This package is not intended to be used by its own; all the remaining Twilio styles will be extending this base package.
