This is parser for Telstra FDF.
Launch the parser locally by running run-parser.js. Several parameters need to be specified beforehand.
WARN: locally running needs modification in config/configuration.json as 'base_recipe_dir' is set to be a relative path. The relative path fits the requirement of installing fdf-parser as a module in clearinghouse project. Change it to 'recipe/' for local running.
