a stream

const gulp = require('gulp');
const newer = require('gulp-newer');

Implementation and Issues
This plugin just wraps lib/src/ getContents() function from package
vinyl-fs for now (in the future
releases this may change).
Please, therefore refer your issues primarily to
vinyl-fs
Dependencies
There are only two dependencies:
vinyl-fs and
gulp-util
(vinyl is part of the
vinyl-fs package).
Both are part of the
gulp plugin so no package in addition
