usage

cd into module directory, node bin/gettoken -h for help. you can provide some of the details for obtaining a refresh code as arguments beforehand (or enter them in when prompted)

the heello password will always be prompted so that it is never saved in $history.

as always, be careful entering in your password. feel free to audit the code before you use it, if you even choose to do so. be safe!
