A preprocessor to inject AngularJS dependency annotations into with [ng-annotate](https://github.com/olov/ng-annotate)

Based on a [similar preprocessor](https://github.com/darlanalves/karma-ngannotations-preprocessor) for the ngannotations injection system. 

This should be used to allow your karma tests to run with mocks.strictDI === true
