Opens a URL in a specified browser or all browsers.
Options:
-h, --help output usage information
-s, --safari Open Url in Safari
-f, --firefox Open Url in Firefox
-c, --chrome Open Url in Google Chrome
-w, --win Open URL in all Win7 VMs
