Native Hello

This package allows you to generate a customized greeting based on the country you specify.

With just a simple string input of the country, you can obtain a greeting in the native language of that country. The package provides three different types of greetings: hello, goodbye, and how are you (more coming soon!).

This package is incredibly versatile and can be used in a variety of contexts. For instance, it can be integrated with third-party APIs such as ipinfo.io to automatically retrieve the location of the user and generate a personalized greeting based on their location.

Installation

Install using NPM.

npm install native-hello

Then import the library into your Javascript file.

import hello from 'native-hello'

// or you can require the package

const const hello = require('native-hello')

Usage/Examples

You can call the following methods (More are on the way).

  • sayHelloByCountry
  • sayGoodbyeByCountry
  • askHowAreYouByCountry

Note, each method takes in a country parameter (not caps sensitive)

Eg.

Hello.sayHelloByCountry("India") // returns 'Namaste'

Hello.sayGoodbyeByCountry("japan") // returns 'Sayonara'

Hello.askHowAreYouByCountry("australia") // returns 'How ya going?'
