primo: Your Primo instance URL
outDir: Location of the extracted files
ve: Is this a PrimoVE installation. default: true
Example: Getting the code from the Primo QA environment
primoExtract --primo=https://primo-qa.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com --outDir=./primoSourceCode --ve=false
