TypeScript Queue

typescript-queue is a robust implementation of a queue data structure in NodeJS/TypeScript.

Features:

Queue

A Queue<T> instance is a traditional queue that manages an underlying array of items conforming to the type T.

PromiseQueue

A PromiseQueue<T> instance is a separate queue implementation for queueing Promise objects and asynchronous functions that produce Promise objects.

Testing

Tests are in the /test directory. Each implementation has a corresponding .test.ts file that uses Jest to describe unit tests and handle validations.

Coverage reports are generated into the coverage directory. Further open-source development is expected to maintain 100% coverage and be meaningfully verified by unit testing.
