A vitest environment to test Clarinet projects.

The projects is used in the [clarinet-sdk](https://github.com/hirosystems/clarinet/tree/develop/components/clarinet-sdk) to provide a Vitest testing enviroments for Clarinet projects. Allowing to access the Clarity VM and interact with Smart Contracts.
