**zcl-id** is a dictionary of identifiers defined by [_ZigBee Cluster Library Specification_](https://github.com/zigbeer/documents/blob/master/zcl-id/ZIGBEE_CLUSTER_LIBRARY_SPECIFICATION.pdf).
