WPF Accordian for MahApps

Initially this is simply a a port of the Accordion controller from Elysium [http://elysium.codeplex.com/](http://elysium.codeplex.com/) to MahApps

It will use the highlights from the selected MahApps theme.

Works with .NET Framework 4.5.2 and above and .NET 6 and 8

### Known Issues

 - Not all of the themes values pull through and apply
 - There are some binding issues with the AccordionMenu
