                  3、获取上行信息：ZjunApi.ZjunNewSMSNHandler.Instance.Mo();
                  4、敏感词查询：ZjunApi.ZjunNewSMSNHandler.Instance.CheckKeyo();
                  5、短信余额查询：ZjunApi.ZjunNewSMSNHandler.Instance.Balance();
                  6、修改密码： ZjunApi.ZjunNewSMSNHandler.Instance.Upassword();
