## Introduction

SLKB (Synthetic Lethality Knowledge Base) is a knowledge base for CRISPR-Cas9 dual knockdown (CDKO) experiments. The details on deposited data and available functions can be found [within the paper.](https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkad806)

SLKB pipeline can be installed through PyPI.
