Win-Test (http://win-test.com) is a tool used for Ham Radio Contesting.
This is a partial implementation of the protocol used by Win-Test to synchronize QSOs, gab (chat) messages, contest score, and other information over a local IP network.
The authors of this package are not affiliated in any way with the Win-Test developers.
Install using pip:
