Util functions for generating a Sphinx page with a index of repositories in Github.

Installing using pip:
pip install --upgrade pip
pip install github_index
For installing from the repository:
git clone https://github.com/H-IAAC/Github-Index
cd Github-Index
pip install --upgrade pip
pip install .
