Introduction
============

This library packages `ScrollToFixed (jQuery plugin)`_ for `fanstatic`_.

This requires integration between your web framework and ``fanstatic``,
and making sure that the original resources (shipped in the ``resources``

it where you want these resources to be included on a page::
