OATH-LDAP services

[OATH-LDAP](https://oath-ldap.stroeder.com/) directly integrates
OTP-based two-factor authentication into
[OpenLDAP](https://www.openldap.org) *slapd*.

This package implements the slapd-sock BIND listener services:
