money.currency
money.inspect
Convert to a different currency
Money.new(1000, "EUR").convert_to('USD')
Comparisons (also in different currencies)
Money.new(1000, "USD") == Money.new(1000, "USD")
Money.new(1000, "USD") == Money.new(100, "USD")
Money.new(1000, "USD") == Money.new(1000, "EUR")
Money.new(1000, "USD") < Money.new(1000, "EUR")
Money.new(1000, "USD") <= Money.new(1000, "USD")
Money.new(100, "USD") >= Money.new(100, "USD")
Money.new(1000, "USD") > Money.new(1000, "EUR")
Money.new(0, "EUR") == Money.new(0, "EUR")
Arithmetic (perform operations in different currencies)
Money.new(1000, "EUR") + Money.new(222, "CAN") == Money.new(1100, "EUR")
Money.new(1000, "USD") + Money.new(200, "CAN") == Money.new(1200, "USD")
Money.new(1000, "EUR") - Money.new(111, "USD") == Money.new(900, "EUR")
Money.new(1000, "USD") - Money.new(150, "CAN") == Money.new(850, "USD")
Money.new(1000, "USD") / 5 == Money.new(200, "USD")
Money.new(1000, "USD") * 5 == Money.new(5000, "USD")
