This Devise extension adds a session mechanism to allow users to authenticate with one-time passwords. Users will receive a one-time password to log in to the system, and they can only use it to log in once.
How to use my plugin.
Install the gem and add to the application's Gemfile by executing:
$ bundle add devise-one-time-passwordable
Or add the following line to the application's Gemfile:
gem 'devise-one-time-passwordable', github: 'nejdetkadir/devise-otp', branch: 'main'
If bundler is not being used to manage dependencies, install the gem by executing:
gem install devise-one-time-passwordable
After that, you need to generate relevant migrations and locales by executing:
$ rails generate devise_otp:install
