# HarerunParser

This is a library that parses the CSV file downloaded from [Japan Meteorological Agency](http://www.data.jma.go.jp/gmd/risk/obsdl/).

The format of CSV is on this page.

However, the data of the CSV file that can actually be downloaded starts from the sixth line.

## Installation

Install gem yourself as:

    $ gem install harerun_parser

## Usage

```ruby
harerun = Harerun::Parser.new(csv_file_path)
harerun.normalize do |day, place, header, value|
  p [day, place, header, value]
end
```

## Development

To install this gem onto your local machine, run `bundle exec rake install`. To release a new version, update the version number in `version.rb`, and then run `bundle exec rake release` to create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the `.gem` file to [rubygems.org](https://rubygems.org).
